AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
* Australia Post - Authority To Leave (ATL), is optional at checkout
If you have not provided Authority To Leave (ATL), your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender
* StarTrack - All Express deliveries sent by StarTrack require Authority To Leave (ATL)
By selecting express you are authorising for your parcel to be delivered and left at your nominated shipping address, without requiring you to sign for the parcel. Please note we will not be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of selecting authority to leave.
However if it is determined that it is not safe to leave the goods or delivery is effected for any other reason, your parcel will be returned to us and customer service will contact you regarding your order.
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times especially in rural areas. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
