Exchange Policy

All products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. 
Products must be returned in original condition, with tags intact. 
First exchange is free (send back to the address below and we will send out the exchange freight free

Returns & Exchanges

Please include the following: 

  • A copy of your invoice number with returned items listed
  • A description of new size or colour required in exchange
  • Affix appropriate postage to return your parcel with comprehensive tracking
  • Return by mail to the Thomas Cook Returns address below

Faulty Products

Follow the guidelines as for 'Returns & Exchanges' but please include a note explaining the fault and advising if you would like a replacement or a credit

For International customers your items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
Products must be returned in original condition, with tags intact. 
Return for refund only (No exchanges) 
If you wish to make an exchange, please return your items for a full refund and re-order online.

Please include the following: 

  • A copy of your invoice number or order confirmation with returned items listed
  • Affix appropriate postage to return your parcel with comprehensive tracking please keep your postage receipt as proof of shipping purchase)
  • Return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Parcel must be pre-paid, we will not accept cost on delivery return parcels
  • Customers will be solely responsible for all duties and taxes
  • Your refund will be credited back in AUS Dollars at the current exchange rate

If your product is faulty, please outline the details of the faulty with clear photograph of the products attached and email to: Returns@thomascook.com.au
